Business Coaching & Website Design for Skn Plus

Project Summary

Skn Plus is a beauty service brand in Staffordshire. Through business coaching, I helped them refine their strategy and grow their brand. After analysing their brand image and doing competitor research we decided their branding no longer reflected their position in the market. I designed a new logo and built a fresh website, moving them from Wix to Squarespace for a better user experience. To boost visibility, I developed a local SEO and Google Business Profile strategy, alongside Facebook and Instagram ads to increase brand awareness and generate leads. I also provided professional videography and photography for use across their website, social media, and ads. As part of their coaching programme I also helped the business scale by expanding their offerings, and implementing systems to improve client retention rates and life-time-value.

Results

Website Design - Redesigned website which contributed to a 71% increase in leads and new client sales.

After doing some market research and competitor analysis, I collaborated with the brand to create a fresh and visually appealing brand identity that spoke to the clients target audience. I developed brand guidelines to ensure that correct and consistent branding and imagery was being used across all digital platforms, from websites and their Google Business Profile to social media and paid ads.

Search Engine Optimisation Strategies:

Keyword Strategy & Local SEO:

Researched high-volume, low-competition long-tail keywords and strategically implemented them across the site and blog. Combined keywords with local areas to boost rankings—now appearing on the first page for their niche.

Google Business Profile Optimisation:

Introduced a review system, optimised services with relevant keywords, and ensured regular updates. This led to a 54% increase in map views, as well as more enquiries and website clicks.

SEO-Driven FAQs:

Added FAQ sections to treatment pages to enhance user experience and naturally incorporate keywords for better search visibility.

Backlink Strategy:

Developed an internal linking structure to improve navigation and authority, followed by acquiring high-quality backlinks to strengthen search rankings.

Paid advertising

In order to further boost visibility I ran paid ads across Facebook & Instagram and achieved some great results. Not only did brand awareness increase, but through retargeting ads we managed to achieve a 4.37 ROAS with a huge increase in revenue. The business has had an influx of leads and with their conversion rate at an all time high, they are consistently receiving bookings from new clients in their local area.
