No Guarantee of Results
Revolve Business Coaching provides business coaching services to help you reach your personal and professional goals. However, success is not guaranteed, and results can vary greatly between clients. All outcomes depend on the Client’s individual efforts, commitment, and unique circumstances. The Client understands and agrees that We make no guarantees or promises regarding specific outcomes or results from coaching sessions.
Client Responsibility
The Client is solely responsible for implementing any strategies, plans, and recommendations discussed during coaching sessions. Business success requires significant effort, dedication, and consistency. We will provide support, guidance, and feedback, but ultimately it is the Client’s responsibility to take action and apply the coaching content.
Not Professional Advice
Coaching services are not a substitute for financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice. Revolve Business Coaching does not provide advice on legal, financial, or tax matters and does not claim to be an expert in these areas. The Client is encouraged to seek independent advice from qualified professionals if needed.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, We disclaim any and all liability for any loss or damages (including, but not limited to, financial loss, personal loss, or business interruption) resulting from the Client’s use or reliance on coaching services. In no event shall Revolve Business Coaching be liable for any damages, whether indirect or consequential.
Confidentiality
Revolve Business Coaching values and respects the confidentiality of all its clients. Information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential, excluding cases where disclosure is required by law or with the written consent of the Client.
